Devin Fletcher started his music career at William Penn High school. He later joined a community drill team called The Eastside Steppers of Wilmington De, which furthered his knowledge of giving back to the community. With troubled youth in mind, Devin Fletcher founded The Imperial Dynasty Indoor Arts Program in 2003 as a drill team and drum corp. He took troubled youth off the street and into a safe environment and taught them drill, music and discipline. He later involved himself heavily intot he community partnering with city councilmen, churches and the mayor in an effort to keep the city safe and get our youth involved in a structured activity. He has also helped out many local and out-of-state music programs in an effort to keep the art of music a live and to educate our youth on the impact music have in our lives. Imperial Dynasty's main function is to preserve the ART that is slowly dwindling in our school systems today.
